This 3-step framework -- notice it, name it, nurture it -- is such wise counsel for parents dealing with their young children's emotions. And those of us adults who missed out on this kind of attentive parenting can use these same steps to better understand and process our own emotions by becoming more aware of what they are, when they show up, and how to process through them in a healthy way. It's also really useful for supporting others going through emotional pain to feel heard, understood, and helped. I love this Bethany!

I am so incredibly humbled by this high-praise; thank you! ☺️ Glory to God for sharing it with me. It has certainly changed our home and the lives of families I work with. I can only hope to share more!

Most welcome! And that's a wonderful report! If we can just shift a few fundamental ways we relate, especially with our children and those close familial relationships to be more intentional, biblically oriented, and wise like this framework, it would make such a difference in their spiritual and emotional development and would create those strong and healthy relational bonds we all long for. And what you're doing is leading the way!
